December 2nd Covid Update

Recently, I shared the impact of the stay-at-home order on Real Estate.

There's been an update in effect today and I will summarize the points I find most important, so there's no need to read the entire announcement unless you want to:)

Here in the Albuquerque / Rio Rancho area:

  • Showings, inspections, repairs, appraisals can all take place with adherence to the mass gathering restrictions of no more than five (5) people gathering together at any given time.

  • real estate brokerages can open and work at a 25% capacity* (read further for more detail)

  • Open houses may resume, either with a maximum of 5 people in the home at once or by appointment.

  • Masks must be worn at all times and all other COVID-Safe Practices must be followed.

This allows Realtors to show homes to their buyers again, accompanied, giving sellers the comfort of having their homes on the market safely.

We are all very happy with these adjustments and look forward to continuing to serve you safely.

Sincerely,
Lydia
