Welcome to November, when we apparently set a record for the 'average temperature' during the first week.
November is also the month that provides two formal occasions to be grateful and thankful - Veteran's Day (or Remembrance Day for my Canadian family and friends) and Thanksgiving.
While Covid may impact how we all spend Thanksgiving, please take the time to revisit all that you are thankful for even if you do this daily.
Estate Sales
This month, let's consider Estate Sales as an option for clearing out belongings, especially when you have to deal with much more than can be managed with just a quick trip to Goodwill or nearby Thrift store that accepts donations.
It's likely you've seen signs for Estate Sales at major intersections and if you're like me, have attended several to find wonderful second hand treasures and household goods.
A house full of belongings including everything from furniture and decor to tools may carry significant value. There are services that can organize, price and sell these belongings on your behalf.
I recently had the pleasure of meeting and speaking with Robert and Carmen Samora of ABQ's Finest Estate Sales. These caring and friendly people are enthusiastic and capable of handling your most prized possessions.
When someone is moving or perhaps dealing with the belongings of their deceased loved ones, and are in need of assistance to alleviate that challenging task, consider their services. Click the link above to visit their website for more information.
