About Lydia Shewchuk

Lydia was born in Canada and spent the majority of her years in Calgary, Alberta working as a Physical Therapist.

When Lydia and her husband Kevin chose to relocate to the US and the time came to sell their home, it was incredibly difficult to leave after all the memories made.

Kevin and Lydia then lived in a beautiful 100 year-old home on a lakefront in Massachusetts, surrounded by mother nature – majestic trees, foggy mornings and wildlife from deer to wild turkeys, herons to turtles and plenty of fish jumping. It was glorious but isolating and they yearned for city life again. It was during this period of self-reflection and future planning that Lydia's focus became Real Estate.

They decided to relocate to New Mexico. With the natural beauty and incredible weather, New Mexico easily lived up to its slogan: 'The Land of Enchantment'.

Lydia focused on serving both retail clients and investors but loves assisting buyers the most. She has consistently been one of the Top Producers in her Brokerage, all while mentoring other Realtors.

With a sincere dedication and desire to go above and beyond, Lydia provides excellent service to those on their home-hunting journey as well as those leaving a space they loved.
